For three days and 2 nights 40 graduating students and four teachers went for a canoeing experience on river and across lakes. Our destination was Åkers Styckebruk/Gnesta Is situated 70 km west of Stockholm/Lidingö. The students participating are all enrolled in the advanced physical education course at our school focusing on outdoor activities. During the trip the group learned paddling skills, how to make a fire without matches, cooking in the wild,HLR and how put to up tents and did various group activities.
